I was laid off on wednesday from my job
I worked at Wells Fargo Financial, in the Auto dept. I know its well-known in Canada and the States. They let 2 of us go on Wednesday and a whole branch in Burlington (ontario), and a store in the States closed down as well.
On the bright side, my OH has just gotten his DZ license and should be getting a raise soon and i get to stay home with the boys for awhile til i find another job (unless the raise is big enuf that i dont have to lol)

maybe me at home can help gizzy with his weirdness. oh ya update on that: i started getting my OH to start giving him treats and Gizzy is now showing signs that he likes him! this concept seemed soo simple and i dont know why i couldnt think of it before lol so yay for this breakthrough!

Oh no, really sorry to hear about your job. I was made redundant a few years ago and it's an awful feeling. I hope it turns into a positive (as it did for me) and like you say, at least you'll get to spend more time with Gizzy.

so sorry that you have been given such bad news, but as you said at least you can spend more time with the chaps and that has to be a good thing....and sometime to think about you want to do next...after all you may end up starting your own business or re-training, always look on the bright side
