Awwww they're cuties. they're called Munchkin cats because of their short legs.

I personally don't think its kind to breed these cats.. they are based on a malformation... :cry:

Must admit I agree with you queenb. This sort of breeding is exactly what's happened in the dog world where they've bred freak animals with all sorts of horrible physical deformities and inherited illneses. Munchkins may not have problems now, and they do look cute, but what will happen is that breeders will strive for shorter and shorter legs, until you get to the stage of the Beagles featured on the BBC programme last week where their legs weren't strong enough to support their bodies. We humans don't have the right to interfere with nature to that extent.

That may be a cross Munchkin/Scottish Fold. There has been quite a bit of crossing Munchkins with other breeds, and somewhere I saw a Bengal cross. Not at all sure about that!!

i agree gerry, i was thinking munchkin/scottish fold because of the ears...so, essentially, crossing two cats based on genetic faults, eek. :evil:
