I have no idea what is going on with your pictures, Jacqueline. You can always try some other method.

I've never used tinypic, but a lot of people do. Are you uploading a picture and just pasting the URL from your browser into your post here? If so that's probably the problem. There are (pretty bad, admittedly) instructions in the gallery section sticky of this forum for using tinypic. It mentions clicking on your picture on tinypic and getting a share url, and then using *that* in the forum. That's usually how these type of services work. If you are still having trouble let me know (send me an IM). If nothing else I can create an account and figure it out.

Brian

Thank-you, Brian. Yes, I am using Tinypic and pasting the URL code they give me for forums. How the heck it all turns out upside down is beyond me!!!

I am gonna try another pic I just took of Star, and see what happens.

I am so sorry you are having problems, jacqueline. Guess you need to start taking your pictures upside down and then when you post them, they are right side up! You have such precious babies.

Well since some of your photos also come out sideways ... I'm not sure HOW you would take the photos. LOL

Lol sherry, your comment is funny. It happens to me too when I use tinypic. I think I will go with photobucket next time.

And Jacqueline, I remembered reading that you were right next door in Montreal to me (toronto). Glad to meet another fellow bengal owner in Canada :) I kind of understand why most of you own more than one bengal now. I am itching to get Miko a friend but I think I will wait a few years until I'm more financially stable.

Hi Matt/Neighbour/Fellow Canadian :)

Diablo has been my only Bengal child for 4 years. I recently stayed with a woman who had a cat and a huge dog (golden retriever/chow mix). My kitty never knew what another 4 legger even was! At first the rambunctiousness of the dog frightened him, and the other cat kept hissing at him. But he slowly built up his courage, and became really calm and cool around them. And the three of them became best buddies. So, I knew if I ever decided to add to the family household, he would be fine.

I only decided to adopt another Bengal when I would do replacement hours at the office, and would be gone for 12 hours at a time. Diablo was crazy hyper when I came home, which was perfectly understandable. I also figured I could handle another Bengal, so decided to go for it, and have never regretted my decision. From the minute Star put her little paws down here, she owned the place! She has got spunk and makes me laugh everyday. I love The Two Accomplices as I call them, both equally, so big brother Diablo is never jealous.

And yes, financial is another reason to wait. As it turns out, I suspected when I first went to see Star, that she had some sort of health problem, as although her eyes, ears, and nose were clear, she sneezed occasionally, and it turns out she has Feline Herpes. Lysine chews have not helped at all, so today, I picked up some antibiotics for her. Cost $53.00. If it works for the first ten days, we will continue on for 2 more months at two doses per week. I will need a couple more bottles if this works! I am prepared to do whatever it takes to make her well. The sneezing has escalated in the last week and it upsets me, because she sneezes so hard and her nose seems to get blocked up after that.

Oh Jacqueline, I am so sorry to hear Star is still having issues. Poor baby. Poor you!!! Hopefully antibiotics may help. Fingers crossed.

Oh Sherry, I just want her to stop sneezing! The antibiotics are the next step in her treatment. Otherwise, she is the typical Bengal monkey!

Funny you mention Diablo meeting a dog. Miko has to meet my brother's puppy tomorrow and I am a little nervous. Hopefully Miko will adapt as well as Diablo did. (they won't be forced to interact directly, and most likely won't be interacting unless through a carrier or crate anyways)

This makes lots of sense. How old was Diablo when you got Star? Star was just a wee little kitten when you got her right? I'm planning ahead
