Hey everyone!
So, my roommates decided to move back to Kansas City, Missouri so they can get enough money to go back to college and to become financially stable. I am still stuck down here in Springfield, Missouri until I graduate from college in May of 2009. I rented a one bedroom apartment with Eyeris and Wedey and was supposed to move in this past weekend. The apartment I am moving to is a new apartment complex not too far from my job. The building isn't done yet, because the parking lot has not been laid yet, and they cannot get 'occupancy' until the lot is laid. I spoke with the owner, and he told me that the temperatures have to warm up a bit before they can lay the asphalt. I told my friends that are helping me move that I am pushing off moving until this Thursday. Well, as I write this, there is snow coming down and they are saying we are supposed to get up to a foot through tomorrow! I am getting so nervous and frustrated that they may not be able to get the parking lot laid by Thursday for me to move in that day.
Luckily I have this apartment until the end of this month, but on the 21st, I am heading to Pennsylvania to visit my parents for Easter and won't be back until after the lease at my current place is up! To make matters worse, I bought a washer and dryer and a new TV that are all waiting to be delivered to my new apartment, and I can only move my moving date one more time with the moving truck before I am charged $100! Midterms are next week in college, and so I am going to need time to study. UGH! I hate stressing and I just want to move already! I am tired of living out of boxes!
