I missed you Gem! I haven't been on here much myself lately due to time and my 16-year old daughter telling me "I used to post on forums a lot until I realised I had a life"

I'm still around, just balancing my time with my bengals and my friends as well as my photography.

Jim x

Hi everyone,

I've had a message from Jim today asking to remove his account, which I have done. He didn't give a reason other than to say he enjoyed his time here but felt it time to move on.

Thought you'd all like to know....

I'm really sorry to hear that, I was looking forward to hearing how Harry was growing up. It seems a bit drastic to completely remove your account but I guess Jim must have his reasons.

I did suggest the account was left active in case he wanted to come back from time to time, but he was insistent that it be removed.

I just hope it's nothing any of us have done or said that's made him take this decision. As I say, sorry to see him go - it would be good if those who bump into him in other forums or in person could let him know we've valued his input and wish him, Harry and Shelly well.

I second that - he was an entertaining character and will be missed.

It's sad when people disappear, but often they'll pop back in from time to time - Bengal Cat Forums is 4 this year and has had many regulars who don't frequent the forums, but still pop back in for a look now and again....

Jim did want to leave the forum a while back and I managed to persuade him to stay, but he texted me today and seemed adamant that he wanted to take a break from 'being online'.

Still, all the best Jim, and I wish you well for the future with Harry and Shelly
