WOW! Well Done Pippa! Hope Mum n babies all doing fine - They look gorgeous!
I am almost converted to Tonks instead of Abys if I decide to get another kitty in years to come....

I hope Lily is offering guidance and support to Pippa as well, so it's not all on your shoulders, Lollo?

I sleep in the kitten room with them for the first few weeks. Both moms and 13 kittens are in a large fabric dog crate on the floor next to the bed....

Last night lily decided that 13 were too many and so I should have a few to keep me company! She has always liked to share the workload! First few days are often very tiring for me until the kittens settle into a routine with feeds. This new lot are very active and very loud!

OMG Lollo!!

You certain'y do have your hands full. I can't wait to show your pictures to my daughter when she gets home from school today, she's going to squeal when she sees all those cute kittens.

They a adorable.

I like your colour coding for identifying them, what do you put around their necks?

Also, do you have problems with 2 mums and 2 litters so close together. Do they share each other's kittens?

I am fascinated.

I miss kittens  when growing up on a farm, I spent a lot of my years playing with kittens born in the barns, trying to (and succeeding to) tame feral kittens, trying to find new homes for them etc
A very different experience to a pedigree kitten's life!!!!

I use paper puppy collars that are cut down in size. They work great whilst they are still small and not too mobile but as soon as they are one the move a bit more and into climbing they will have elastic hairbands in case they get stuck somewhere.

They share the workload mostly. Pippa is actually a little more attentive than Lily but i think it's because it's all new to her so she is stressing about them a little. Lily is laid back about it all....

Lily's are on the move a bit now, toddling drunkenly around the pen... a couple even stepped out last night only to be retrieved by Pippa.... She's going to have big problems rounding them up soon

Such a good idea with the hair bands too. I remember my Bengal breeder (who's cat had 9 kittens  ) having a tricky time trying to identify the kittens by comparing their patterns to photos. I was a bit nervous that I'd come away with the wrong kitten (although tbh, it wouldn't have made that much difference, they were all lovely)

That's so lovely that they share, I would fear them being hostile towards the other one's kittens.

Love that photo where she's feeding her kittens while resting her head on the othe cat's belly

Please keep us posted and with photos too, am hooked on your story now (because let's face it, you've LOADS of time on your hands to post on here for my interest eh?  )

Btw, do you have your own website? Would love to have a look.

Wow Lollo, your site is great! I have never seen a breeder with such detailed info on their kittens! I absolutely adore Pippa! She has the softest color and looks so elegant! I have to say that I could SCREAM I want Lily's yellow baby so bad I cant stand it! Maybe one day I can afford to fly there and back with a baby  Congrats on your 13 babies and healthy happy moms! I look forward to seeing them grow, I find their colors interesting and I would love to see how they develop! Please keep us updated, who cares that others think it odd! Its a CAT forum, not just bengals

I love Yellow as well... i keep checking and he is definatley a boy  A girl and i maybe could persuade my husband but i cannot really have another neuter. He will be a brown solid so like Toby but all over dark brown.

I loved writing my kitten diaries. It gives me an opportunity to document their personalities and the whole experience. I read through the first two litters diaries whilst awaiting these litters and i still cry reading about them.... My husband does the website and i don't like how he words things sometimes but i'm too lazy to learn how to do it... the kitten diaries he just copies what i write (correcting my spelling mistakes though  ).
