I personally am not a fan of these cats. They always seem to look angry (well with the exception of the photo of her in the car!). I think I'd worry that they'd get cold too!
However I haven't seen one with markings like that before though. The one's I've seen previously were all one solid colour.

Heh I just looked up some pictures- apparently multi coloured versions are quite common. Didn't realised that.

I also found some photos of people who had had their sphynx cat tattooed  Just... wow. Apparently the cat has to be sedated for a few hours to have it done. Seems to be more of a "thing" in Russia than anywhere else according to what I read. Can't say I agree with that kind of thing at all. :/

Edited to Add: Not tattooed for ID purposes... but actual full on tattoos like a human would get...

Oh, you mean like this?

I actually did not know that... had never seen one like this. Sphynx cats can have markings like regular domestic cat coats-- like tabby, tortoiseshell, and stuff. So there could possibly be a spotted Sphynx somewhere in the world! (Bengal Sphynx!)

I'm not a particularly big fan of them either... but I'm just more partial to creatures with fur anyway. Sphynx cats remind me too much of babies. *shudder*

the munchkin gene makes it adorable but i'm not a sphynx fan, esp when it come to it's up keep. A friend has a Sphynx, she has to bath it once a week or two weeks, in the winter it has to wear a jumper. I can see their appeal to people but not me.

I'm a fan of tattoos but on cats? that's just cruel

I may be setting myself up for some  ...
but I actually like the tattoo'd sphynx... the naked ones look, well, very naked. and alien-like. the tattoo'd one looks funky and probably like the owner - covered in tats. gives it loads of character. sure, the cat needs to be sedated, tattoo's are quite sore, but there is no after-burn. gonna google some more tatt'd cats

WOW those are different!!! I cant believe people tattoo their cats or dress them in leather! Thats insane!!! I have to say I lve the breed! I could never have one but I would if I could my OH keeps it way to cold in the house for a hairless cat. i have to say that I have oly been able to be around one when I worked at the vet and to touch them is simply amazing. You would think they feel weird or gross but they are so SOFT. They feel like a fine suede. Amazing kitties and great personalities as well.
