I do feel for you, luckily I haven't had that feeling for a while it will be my luck that tonight it will start playing up :roll:

I was just reading up about natural remedies as I know there is not much a doctor can prescribe for it, it's probably a long shot but next time it gets bad I might just try it I have put the link below for you .

I think I have a similar thing to this I tend to only need to take painkillers - its really horrible though

I suffer from this and it's far worse when it's hot and humid!!!!

I also have MS though so take a cocktail of drugs to alleviate symptoms. Some of these do help with the restless legs/arms.

You could speak with your doctor....

Oh yes, this drives me insane. It doesn't help that I have MS & Lupus to add to the fun, but my legs either go for the restless idea or alternatively they cramp up and then just as it settles down, the restless legs start.

It is so difficult to stop, and I have tried a few drugs and thanks to my GP who hasn't given up with me, she is still trying different combinations of things.
