my family who are travelling showmen (fairground) used to be called travellers when I was a little girl; changed the wording because of the prejudice.

I have since taught many Gypsy/Traveller/ Showman children,
completed post grad cert in preparation for masters, based on the theory of prejudice and under achievement.
Findings so far: All "traveller communites" have very high moral standards, most not all under achieve in education. Although there are similarities they are all very different.

Forgot to add "The Bunch" previously mentioned happen to be human beings not bannana's!
