I am just reading this and although I had heard he was in a bad state I had absolutely no idea it was this bad! :(

What a senseless and cruel thing to do. Cruel to the poor innocent cats, and cruel to their owners too. It makes me livid!!!

Is there any news on Baracus? Is he improving?

I agree, i am truly lost for words at how anyone can be so cruel.

I hope Baracus is improving.

I heard, yesterday, that the fluids are helping and he has managed to eat a little food. Good news but still early days to see whether his health has been compromised irreparably.

I will keep you all posted as and when I hear any further news.

Baracus has been allowed to go home

Michelle has him in the hall of the house in a Sturdi Pen. He is, of course, still painfully thin (she said that when she strokes him under the chin, you can feel all his throat bones and his anus is painfully red raw and she is having to apply Sudacrem).

He has been allowed home to build him up for the next week. He will then go back to Michelle's vets for blood tests.

He is not out of the woods as yet but it is more hopeful. Still send him positive healing vibes everyone.

Many thanks.

Thanks for the update.
I am so relieved he is home. That in itself will be one huge tonic for him! :D

Sending positive vibes to him and hugs all 'round! :D

So glad that he BA has been allowed home, I am sure with Michelles TLC he will feel a lot better in familiar surroundings - poor soul must be so confused at why someone would treat him in this awful way.

I am lost for word to describe the sick scum bags who have done this - I truly believe that Karma will visit them if not in this life in the next.

Sending lots of love and healing vibes for BA and hoping with all my heart that the other 2 boys are found soon xxx

Big hugs for Michelle xxx

So pleased to hear that Baracus is at home with his loving family where he belongs and getting all the love and attention he deserves. We're praying that he has the strength to pull through. Lots of love and hugs to Michelle, BA and all the family. xx

19th May UPDATE

Baracus is still very poorly.

Brilliant news is that Akidi (the 2 yrear old brown rosetted entire) has been found, a couple of miles outside Telford in the same area as the other two. Other than a patch of missing fur at the back of his neck, he is well. About a week ago he was found by the local pub and has been living behind the bar.

Just Leo, the brown marble neuter left to find.
