Ordered some stuff on www.pet-supermarket.co.uk on Sunday and also ordered a feeder maze fromAmazon on Sunday.

Had an email confirmation from both during the week and then one from Amazon saying it has shipped.
The Amazon package arrived but I'm not even sure if the PS one has been picked, nevermind shipped!

Tried calling this afternoon but it didn't work (some UK numbers don't work from here) and then emailed them. Haven't seen a reply yet and I'm wondering if I should pull the order.

I mean what sort of company leaves their customers without knowing what is happening with their order for nearly a week?

Does anybody else here deal with them and has anybody had any problems?

I hope I haven't stumbled across dabs of the pet world in my first purchase!!

I've ordered from them before and they've delivered OK. I can't remember what their communication was like but I don't recall ever having a problem with an order. Amazon have particularly good communication systems but they're a much bigger company and smaller ones probably don't have the same staffing levels on customer services.

Had an email from them this morning, they said they've shipped part of it and rest is due next week.

So we'll see.
Hopefully just a bump in the road as they have a wide range of stuff and I like the way they have laid out their website.
