Does anyone know of an ant killer that I can use in the house and is not harmful to cats please? Talcum powder doesn't work as I have just killed about 6 dozen of the little blighters despite having powder down for several days. any help appreciated, thanks, x

I have a fortress of ant powder around the outside of the house! Ants are not allowed to live within 2 metres on our home. If they nest in the garden thats allowed. Not sure about putting it inside tho!

you can get a gell poison, nippon I think, and put it in small plastic boxes with very small holes that the ants can get in.

As long as the box is secure the cats won't be able to get to the gell, the ants eat is and take it back to the nest and poison the queen with it.
