AnnC, your English is brilliant. Welcome back to the forum, I guessed you must be really busy. Sorry you haven't found any land to build a house but i hope you find somewhere else really soon - maybe once you're settled down, hubby will be more prepared to think about starting a family. In the meantime, enjoy looking for another fur-child :lol:

Well, we're finally buying some land in order to build a house... :lol:

Smaller than the first one, but in a better location for commodities

(bus stop, school, supermarket all very close... not to mention OH's job, but then, we're buying the land next to his clinic - already 20% is ours so a bit cheaper than others around :lol:

).

We've got to sign for it, and we're waiting for the first plans...

Unearthing this old topic to say we've finally deposited our construction permit (?) wenesday

Now, we need to wait 2 months to know if it's ok, and 2 more months to check if any neighbor isn't ok (with a good reason)... (sorry there must be some special terms for "recours des tiers" and such but I don't know them :lol:

It's going to be a house with a flat roof, big (178m2 !), 4 bedrooms (ours with dressing and shower), a big living room and open kitchen area...
