Hi

is the time right on the posts cos according to my computer the posts are being recorded an hour earlier than they are being posted, not that it matters that much, just thought I'd let you know.

You need to check the setting in your profile. At the moment for UK users it should be set to GMT+1 hour (then to GMT when the clocks go back).

hi

I understand what you are saying but it's not my computer cos the tv and the clocks are also saying an hour later than on the posts...just to make sure I asked OH to check and he even said the posts are being recorded an hour earlier.....

The board doesn't use the clock on your computer, it uses the setting in your individual board profile. Is the timezone in your profile for this board definitely set to GMT +1hour?

:D :D Don't worry about it - it fooled me when I first started using messageboards. The idea of setting the time in your messageboard profile is that it doesn't matter what computer you log in from, the time will always be the one you've chosen in your profile.
