SOOOO many beautiful, stunning marbles on this thread!! I had to add Aya here.. our beautiful 4month old silver/black sheeted marble. I am curious how much her coat will open up, and how her color will develop. She does have some brown on the stripes down her back, a little on her face and paws and now the black on her sides is showing some brown hairs... her solid black is becoming less so, although I imagine that she will remain mainly black.

She has such a pretty face and I love her chest/leg markings.

I've always been more of a fan of the rosetted Bengals, but I have to say after viewing this thread I'm starting to become a marble-lover as well! Some of these cats just have the most amazing patterns and colors, it's crazy! I wouldn't rule out getting a marble some time in the future, they are very beautiful. Thanks for sharing all the pictures, everyone.

I am still partial to spotted, but those marbles ppl posted are beautiful!! I happened to get my boy when 2 snows weren't selling. One spotted and one marbled. The spotted one was like a cat on crack...10x more crazy than rowan (my brown spotted) so I figured the marbled suited me better since Rowan was already a handful, esp as a kitten. I am told he doesn't have a desirable marbled coat because he is very couldy looking, but I don't show him or anything so I am okay with his pattern. Guess it's why I got a good price for him. His coat is really soft though-also shiny and glittery. I hope he gets darker, I am told snows usually do so I am excited to see how he will look as an adult.

Well I'm not sure about show standards for marbles but as far as I can see he has a great flowy pattern and is just nice to look at! :)

And thank you! He has the silkiest coat, it's unreal! I feed them both raw.

I hope no one minds that I brought this old thread back up. My kitten's Mother is just too beautiful not to share. She's a Seal Mink Marble.

I love this one of my boy Merlin - He's a 12.5 year old F4 bred by Corsican Bengals.

And this is quite good for his pattern

And his lovely glittery / shiny coat

I just love marbles - and of course Melanistics (Marmite!)
