My two are almost 6 months. Arya'a coat is finally clearing really well now I feel like a super proud mummy with how pretty she's turning out. She is still a bit lighter on one side than on the other rosette wise but they are hopefully gonna even put a bit more as she ages.

She is such a pretty little girl, she's starting to look like Pearls markings.

She will be lighter on one side after she has been spayed, Pearl was quite light for a while on that side.

I see it as she's small but perfect thankfully she has really good bone density so she's small and cobby rather than frail and petite. I'm just happy that there's no minimum size for showing females it's all about proportion.

Her breeder thinks she should do really well in the ring (her only issue is she could do with a wilder head but that's more down to preference as she fits the standard if I mixed her with Griffith and she had his head I would have the perfect show cat lol) especially considering her personality she's one of the friendliest bengals you could meet she just loves everyone. Just waiting on her paperwork to all be processed but she's registered as Junglefire Windrunner.

Very cute cat. From the front, just looking at paws and face (i.e., the last picture), she could almost be confused for a traditional brown spotted (I love the shiny gold paws).

One thing I learned recently was that the oriental's markings (which I think would apply to snow bengals too) change with the temperature! Colder = darker markings, warmer = lighter markings.

I assume you are talking about my little Pearl.

The reason she looks darker in the last picture is because it was taken at night and the flash didn't go off.

Her coat has turned darker as she's got older.

These are taken in the day light, but her paws are slightly golden colour.

I think it's down to the colourpont genes... it's true of snow bengals, tonks, siamese and some other breeds colourpoint genes get!

Haha I was trying to work out what Brian meant then as Arya has grey paws. Although in the shade she looks darker.

I noticed before with my mink girl that she was always darker in the winter well darker and her coat was thicker.

I think he looked at all the photos in one line as Pearl and Arya do look alike.

They are very similar the main differences seem to be Pearl has larger rosettes and is darker and Arya has Darker blue eyes lol oh and the grey legs. Also I guess we can pick them out easily cos we know our own cats lol.
