My Pretty boy Griffith he's such a big man now we're up to 2.7kg at 19 weeks he's really had a big growth spurt although I think a lot of it is muscle he's a hefty fellow. He was neutered last Thursday and was a little angel about it apparently he was so cuddly and chatty with the vet nurses they all wanted to keep him (they actually delayed me picking him up an hour so they could have more cuddle time with him). He's been great after his neuter hasn't really noticed it happened.

We have also found out the cause of why his eye issues keep coming back its Arya, Griffith will often wake Arya up by biting the back of her neck to get her to play which she hates and that's when she smacks him in the face, I've caught her twice doing it and both times after his eye looked sore. So I've been clipping her nails he's also on another 2 weeks of antibiotics to clear up any remaining issues. He really needs to learn to let the poor little girl sleep. When they play neither have claws out its just when he wakes her up.

Anyway photos of my pretty man who now has his official name of Junglefire White Hawk. I'm still deciding on Arya's name.

We also finally have some glitter nothing like Arya who is covered so I expect she has multiples but he has some, it's so hard to see on him though because he's so white.

Awww thanks Clare, they are both turning out so well I'm so proud of them, it also helps that they have really nice temperaments I'm not sure I would cope with Griff if he wasn't a huge sensitive softie Haha I think we both have the huge male tiny female thing going on, Griffith is a very big cobby male his breeder said she wouldn't be surprised if he ended up 9kg considering his paws.Arya is looking like more likely to be around 3kg absolute Max I would think, I would be surprised if she ended up bigger I'll be happy with her if she ends up around 2.5kg full grown.

I think it is one of the breeds with a huge weight discrepancy between the genders plus Griff is my first male Bengal and yes he's very much a learning experience lol. The genders are a lot more different than I expected.

Sarah, I know you are OVER THE MOON with your babies!!!! Griffith looks HUGE compared to Arya! I love his pedigreed name and have changed it in my database. Now ... onto Arya!! Both of your babies are beautiful! And I personally LOVE watching them grow and develop, so more picture, more pictures!

Magic is a big chunky lad, he's around 18 pounds now, I weighed Pearl the other day and she is only 8 pounds.

Magic's father was enormous when we saw him, Pearl mum was quite small.

The vet keeps telling me Magic is over weight but I keep telling him bengals are different to ordinary domestics in weight.

I'm thinking of using Junglefire Windrunner with her but I need to run it by their breeder etc and we aren't sorting her TICA papers until she's 6 months because her colour is going kinda all over the place lol none of us really know what she is atm as she's still not completely clear yet, she has silver on her, she has a white undercoat she also has brown coming through again and her makings are very dark compared to her snow siblings so yeah she's even got her breeder a bit stumped lol. So her breeder wants to register her under the correct colour so she's in the right classes for show. Also I won't be neutering her until she's 2kg or at least close to it as I do worry about my little baby and the surgery it's so much more invasive than a male neuter.

I will keep you posted when I've 100% picked her name so you can update your database with it :)

As long as he's just well covered and muscular I can't see how he's over weight male bengals can reach 23lbs
