Just some photos of my cuties lounging by the pool. Blondie follows me around the pool edge and asks me to pet her with wet hands so her fur gets wet. When I get out of the water she licks and nibbles on my skin with enthusiasm. She is such a funny girl. Grace keeps her distance from the edge, but will come over when I call her.

Neat pictures. My immediate reaction to seeing the Blondie pictures is "Two Face"! (the Batman villain). One half (of the upper part of her face) has those dark markings, and the other half is solid white (with a little orange), and there is just this real well defined line that divides the two sides. Neat! (and evil, hahaha).

I haven't seen the Batman villain, but I googled him and he does look evil. I think of the Fantom of the Opera mask when I look at her. The light part of her face has matching lines, but they are very light golden-orange color.

what lovely looking cats they look so relaxed and happy. I think the markings are more unusual to others that i have seen and the coat looks a little longer too. Thanks for sharing the pictures!

They are not pure bengals. I had Grace genetically tested and she is a snow charcoal but not pedigree. I got them from a pet rescue center about 2 years ago. They are probably the result of a backyard breeder. Blondie is obviously a mixture but I will never know exactly what. They look and act very different. The rescue service said they were rescued together but i don't know if they are truly siblings. Blondie appeared to be younger than Grace at the time, but who knows. They are sisters at heart.

I had them weighed at the vet's today. Blondie is 9 pounds and Grace is 14 and a half pounds. They eat the same amount and seem to have settled into their adult bodies now. There is over a 5 pound difference between them. I find it unlikely that they are from the same litter.
