Now that I've had Ares for a few months I've realized that he's a little jerk :wink:

but he's MY jerk and I wouldn't have it any other way. He kills things, steals thing, demands attention, rarely leaves my side, and plays way too rough sometimes but I wouldn't trade him for the world.

What a lovely family! Well, Ares is a bengal -- definitely!!!!!! I'm surprised he's so social considering he's an F1, but it appears he's having a blast with you all.

He's very social with his family only unfortunately. New people are a no go for him. It's so bad that he may attack a person if he feels threatened enough. That's why I always tell people "no sorry" when they ask to pet him when we go on our walks.

ah he is lovely and so great to see him bonding so well with all your family. Its understandable he doesn't like new people.
I have a friend who likes to cuddle my two cats - they normally hide when they hear her!

aw he is just so gorgeous!!! looks like he is living the life going out on all those adventures with the family. how long did you have him for until you felt you could take him outside on a harness??
I'm getting my f1 any time now (waiting on the last of the paperwork) and was thinking i would wait until he was a bit bigger/older before taking him outside (once he has stronger immune system and all second set of shots).

I started harness training him when he was 10 weeks old. So I had had him about 3 weeks. I was worried he wouldn't take to the harness so i had him wear it around the house.
