Nancydos so sorry to hear that you lost Mr. Mee Too

breeding can be cruel at times. I am very happy to hear that the others are doing very well

Thanks! We may be taking Domino and kits to the vet today. Domino is still bleeding, which I know is normal, but it is bright red. She is acting like she is a bit uncomfortable too. Bless her, she is still taking care of the babies though. I am waiting for a call back from the vet right now. Will keep you updated. :wink:

In the meantime, here are some more pics. The pics are a bit washed out, but I didn't want to keep them away from their mama too long just to get a good picture :wink:

Just got off of the phone with the vet. He asked me tons of questions regarding the blood and her behavior, and said he wasn't concerned at this time. He told me that if she starts bleeding more heavily, to call him, but right now her uterus is going though tons of changes. I am so relieved. If Domino stops eating, drinking, or using her litter, then I need to call as well. I have tons of faith in this vet, so his word means a lot (and I am just a worry wart :lol:

).

Here is an update on weights:

#1 80g at birth, dropped to 74g at 12 hrs., up to 84.5 at 24 hrs.
#2 100g at birth, up to 116g at 12 hrs, up to 122 at 24 hrs.
#3 79g at birth up to 87g at 12 hrs, up to 93 at 24 hrs.
#4 90g at birth, up to 106g at 12 hrs, up to 110 at 24 hrs.
#5 85g at birth, up to 94g at 12 hrs., up to 107 at 24 hrs.

So, all are gaining. I am watching #1 for more weight gain, but will leave her alone and not supplement unless she drops weight or stops gaining. I will be most relieved when they are all above 100g and continue to gain :wink:

So all in all, they are all doing great!
