Hello Everyone and thank you for the encouragement and advice, you don't know how much it helps to hear a positive word when you are feeling so worried.

So far, so good. The little guy has seemed to claim a nipple, and now he's staying there, not being tossed to the side. There are two bigger guys, we call them the bulldozers, they push there way right in to any nipple they want regardless of what tired soul was nursing on it.

We did top off the little guy last night, he only took a minute amount, but maybe that's what gave him the energy to fight, well that and the good Lord. :D

I didn't get any good sleep, so maybe the fatigue is making me feel more glum, I don't know. I just won't relax until they're 2 weeks old.

Anyway, thank you, each and every one. You really are a priceless group. I'll keep you posted...

they are adorable & it's great to hear the little one is a fighter. as long as he has found the nipple & is hanging onto it he should catch up just fine :wink:
well done to saba, what a good girl!!
i find there is a bit of an anti-climax feeling after the birth. i think it's because you have such a mix of emotions going on & lack of sleep, it just drains you. once you've had a good night sleep & feel refreshed you will be able to enjoy them better :wink:
