As you can see, I'm new here. Here's a bit about me:

I'm 18 and recently I've moved to Ottawa, where I'm taking pre-university classes. Right now I live with my aunt and uncle, and unfortunately my aunt's allergic to cats, so...none for me at the moment!

I have a cat named Smokey that I left back at home with my mom and my sister, he's 10 years old...not sure what breed he is (we got him for free when I was younger, I think his mom was a barn cat).

I'm saving up my money so that when I move out I can buy a bengal, and I'm really looking forward to that day! ;)

Edit: I forgot to show off my 'little' boy:

Welcome to the forum your boy looks cute from what i can see of him.

When you get a bengal are you going to be getting it from a breeder or a shelter. My first bengal i had which is where my name came from was an insane cat but i doubt that was the fact because of the cat but more of the breeders doing. I am not on a waiting list for an adorable marbled female who is due to have kittens in 5 days and going to wait a week before we can do and see them to pick out our favorite. I am sure you will love the experience of owning a bengal when you are able too.

Welcom, he looks like a lovely faithful friend.

Moggy = regular non pedigree cat

Cat equivalent of mutt/mongrel.
