Yipee - can't wait to see the new arrival - and hear the name you choose.

Is it earlier than planned - I thought it wasn't until the weekend?

Is the name going to be something on a musical theme? Or even on a French Horn theme?

For example some composers who have composed pieces for the FH include:

John Williams, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Henry Mancini, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Gustav Mahler, Quincy Jones, Richard Strauss, Richard
Wagner and David Foster.

And some "Famous" FH players:

Barry Tuckwell, Thomas Bacon, Julius Watkins, John Clark, Jim Buffington, Sharon Moe, Maggie Reill, Joseph Mayer, Mason Jones, Bob Carlise, Philip Farkas.

I know, I've never heard of them either, but you probably have!

Something to get you thinking maybe?

Some good names there Lance. I think musical names are great for a Bengal as they're such vocal animals. If I get a few more I could form a Bengal quartet (or fullscale symphony orchestra)

THanks for all the musical names!!!

We we're thinking about fanny, There was a Piano player named that, or clara, (piano player AND the Main girl in the nutcracker (I take dance too))

 but one of my brothers REALLY wants fendi. ( its a purse company )

( i realize that some places there's someone different than clara in the nutcracker.)

oh... Thunder... Lights flickered

Instead of Fendi, why not Fender..now that IS musical, albeit from a guitar point of view. That way you're both happy...

Sorry I havn't posted, I'm sick

The car ride was pretty good, she really didn't like being in the carrier and when I held her, well, lets just say she's a REALLY good escape artist.

She was very stressed when she came to our house, and found the ONE place in the room (kitchen) she could get away from us, Under the stove!!!!
She's REALLY small. (we now have something blocking the bottom of the stove.

Her sancturary is in my room, and she doesn't like coming out. We found that she REALLY likes this one toy, she was really shy, but after playing with the toy alot, she's better.

she will climb up peoples legs to get the toy

sorry, no pics yet, not feeling well, hopefully tommorow

sorry :(

Sorry, that you are sick frenchhorn. :( I am glad that you finally have your bengal. Was it worth the wait? It was for me! :) Hopefully you will feel better soon so you can show off your newest addition! Just my opion but I think Clara is a good name for your little girl. It has a music and dance meaning to you and that just seems to me like the right fit for you and your girl.

awww you poor thing feeling unwell :( hope you're better soon so you can enjoy your little one even more
if you've already found a toy she loves then i reckon it won't take her long at all to come out of her shell, especially after her whole world just changed & she had a long car journey too.
let the mayhem begin! :D
