Two ways:
1. The best way is to host your pictures up on a website or sharing site (photo bucket, tinypic etc). Then, when you are in the message editor, you just click on the "mountain and sun" icon, and just paste the url into the dialog that comes up. That gives you a really nice post which shows a right-sized picture, that people can click on and get the full-sized version of each one.
2. The slightly less-good way (i.e., the lazy way) is to just scroll all the way down in the message editor where there is a "filename" field, and you can select images off your phone or computer and upload them. They look crappier that way, and it is also really picky about restricting the size of the image that is allowed (you'll probably have to crop your image to 1000x1000 or less and save it as a jpg or gif to make it happy), but it works fine.
