Hi everyone!

Please allow me to introduce my darling bengal kitten, Prince!

Prince is 6 months old, a big boy of over 8 lbs. I got him three months ago from a breeder in Michigan. He's a sweethpie to me. The vet people, though, called him "stingy" (they probably had hard time giving him pills). Prince has such a great personality. He loves to eat and welcomes every new taste of food and treat I have to offer. He literally follows me everywhere if he wants something... Though it wasn't obvious to me what he wanted at the beginning lol. He is such a good boy, doesn't bite on stuff I don't want him to bite on, like cable and wire, and doesn't disorder my made-up bed or couch.

I am getting another bengal kitten at this point, as his playmate (he definitely deserves one!), since I have to go to work every weekday. Welcome any advice to that too!

Attaching his pics...

He is lovely! And you are so lucky he doesn't chew cables, both of mine do!

Good idea to get him a playmate, he will love you for it

Congrats, he looks like a good boy.

Mine doesn't chew cables either unless they are moving ( like the cord on a headset when you are wearing it ) and even then it's more just the catching the dangling cable. Of course that could change, but for now it's one less thing to worry about since she loves going behind the TV/AV Equipment. Mine also loves every flavour I've put down for her ( salmon, duck, rabbit, lamb, chicken, turkey and trout so far ). I wanted to get a second one as well, but I don't think I have the space for 2 of them to play without getting into some real trouble. Haven't had to give her any pills, but the deworming paste she did not care for at all ( and promptly moved her head to avoid ) but I have yet to see any animal that likes taking pills.

Aww, Prince is super handsome!!!! Congratulations. Just know that at six months old, his full personality has not come through. Give him time. Oh the adventures!!! Having a playmate will help, and the sooner you get one, the better.

He's gorgeous, it will be good for him to have a playmate I got my boy Magic a play mate when he was 4 I got a lovely little girl Pearl who is now 2 they have their moments where they squabble but they chase each other round and play as well.

My 2 are very good where it comes to chewing they never chew cables or anything thing else neither did my previous bengal Frosty.

My girl is naughty in the way she has gone through 2 sets of my net curtains, broken 2 roller blinds, knocks things over and jumps up and has pictures from the wall but that's a typical bengal and I love them dearly.

Look forward to many more pictures

Thanks! I fell in love with this one the first time I saw him from the pic... That breeder knows how to photograph her babies!

About the vet and food ... Prince loves to eat, to the point when he had a bit too much and it caused diarrhea. I only had him a week then, and was not experienced on this. Then I had to go to the vet each day in a week for them to give him pills, since I couldn't do it myself, though I was told of several ways to do so. They had to have an experienced nurse to do it, since other times they simply needed two nurses. And Prince definitely didn't like to be forced to swallow the pill for several times! Then I became very careful to feed him, by reducing the amount of types of food and introducing each very slowly, even a different flavor of the same brand.

I am not optimistic about my moderate-sized apartment being filled with two bengals either. I don't have an extra room to separate two of them without putting one in my bedroom and I hate to see that one has to stay in the bathroom. But I agree getting a playmate is good for Prince, since now I know him better, I can pretty much tell that (hopefully). The rest is mine to deal with ... Will definitely come up with questions for you guys!

Will go to the breeder tomorrow to pick up a marble girl! Cannot wait to see her... Will update pics!
