Bengals must be born with their eye color. When the breeder registered the litter my bengal came from, she put his eyes were GREEN and they are GREEN. I've seen snow kittens with very blue eyes.

Quasar is registered with gold eyes. He had gold eyes at 13 weeks. By 6 months, his eyes had turned to a gorgeous jade green. I don't know exactly when this change occurred.

It is my understanding tht the majority of cats, regardless of breed, their eyes will have finished colour changing by 3 months of age. And the colour changes after then can be indicators of health issues, conditions etc.

But like other responses here, none of my cats have had their eyes change colour (even in that first 3 months period)

Hey guys!
Thank you for your answers!
Now we have the guys since 5 days and we love them. The have so much energy,
They play like racingcars 7h per day. We have one wuestion, at the moment, they are not very cuddly, so sometime the sleep close to us, but normally they wonna go soewhere else...
Is this normal? When they get older and more comofrtable with us its maybe going be better?
We love the cats, bur some cuddle session were nice:)

Awww they are so cute!!! My SBT is almost 1 1/2 and her eyes are till changing. They were a brown color till about 8 months then started changing. They are now a beautiful green color and are stunning.

My gosh, they are beautiful! It's only been five days out of 12 to 15 years! Give them a chance. Know they will bond mainly with each other, but you will be in the picture as well. They may never be cuddly or lap bengals, but they will be 100% devoted to you. Congratulations!!!

Yes, they may get more cuddly when they get older (mine both did), but it's a combination of their personalities and the relationship that you build with them. Nothing is certain. You can absolutely "cheat" though. I place big plush cat beds on my bed and on the sofa, and drape a little wool "baby blanket" over each cat beds. Sometimes I also sprinkle a little catnip on them. Also when the weather gets colder I use a heated blanket on my bed. All of those things grease the wheels and definitely get the cats a lot more interested in settling down next to me when they are so inclined. For right now though, your best bet is to firmly establish yourself as their favorite playmate/provider.
