Hi all!
My fiance and I adopted a 5 month old kitten just before Easter of this year. We don't know his actual background, but we are becoming more and more convinced he is a snow bengal as he gets bigger. At first we thought he was a siamese mix, but his foster mom told us she had rescued and placed a lot of bengals in the area in the past couple of years. Monty is becoming more cream in color as he grows, and now has visible spots showing up on his body. Has anyone had their cat's blood tested for breed determination? He has so many bengal characteristics--glittery, velvety coat, very vocal (lots of chirping), is able to jump freakishly high, has very high energy--the list goes on.
Monty's full name is Sir Montgomery Hemingway. Fun fact: Monty is polydactyl (5 toes) on all 4 feet.
We've been having a lot of gastro intestinal and ear issues. Hoping to find some help in this forum!
