Hi All,

I am new to this site and thought I would write about my own Bengal. Would be nice to hear what other bengals can be like.He is now 5 and his name is Ali. Me and my partner got him when he was 3 years old. We got him from a family who had a slightly younger female begal but they really didn't get on. Ali would terrorise and attack the other cat so he came to us with his own set of problems.

He is a very adorable and loving cat who will sit on your lap for hours on end if you don't move or will pounce and attack my head if he can't get his own way.

Apart from that butter wouldn't melt. He is cheeky and nosy and loves to follow me out onto our street and go into all the neighbours houses. the word is little s*d. He loves to play with his toys and scratch post and he loves his pouches of food so much he will help him self from the cupboard and drag it onto the carpet to eat it. To the point where we have had to move his food to a drawer to stop him.lol.

He gives lovely cuddles and will sit in my arms for half an hour or until i can carry him no more as he weighes about a stone. He even loves being sung to.lol

Andrea

Hi, welcome to the forum. Ali sounds like a typical Bengal - infuriating and fascinating at the same time. They do naughty things but you can't help laughing at them and they give you so much back in love and affection (or even the odd bite and scratch).

If you've got any piccies, post them up in the gallery - we love to see people's Bengals.
