My cat has been panting today. I think at 30 degrees plus they are just not used to it. I wet Oscar down with a wet flannel and he lays on our stone floor cooling down nicely. Take your cat to the vet if you are really worried but it's probably just the hot weather.

There are "cooling" pet beds. If you have tile floors, cats love to lay on them. Using a fan can cool a room a few degrees. Here in the states, we just turn on the air conditioner.
