Hello! This is Mira, our 10 months old bengalcat.
Me and my boyfriend adopted her 3 months ago.

We are both experienced cat owners, but Mira is our first bengal.
We got her because my boyfriend is very allergic to cats, but didn't seem to react to our friends bengal.
Mira is super active, but she also loves to cuddle. She's so much fun!

Welcome to the forum. Beautiful marbled girl! Know the bengals do shed fur. The amount will depend on the temperature variations in Norway. Raiden has shed a lot this spring. Enjoy your little girl. She is precious.

Thank you!
Because of his allergy we vacuum 3-4 times a week, including the furniture. We also brush her outside, but she doesn't shed much
We also keep her out of the bedroom as much as possible.

Fortunately he has not had a reaction to her yet

That is really wonderful that your boyfriend can be around Mira. She's just gorgeous! You're doing all the right things to keep the dander down ..... in Nashville, temps will range from single digits in the winter to over 100 degrees in the summer. Raiden does get a nice winter coat, but he's losing it now. I think he sheds a lot for a bengal.

We have very cold winters and hot summers here as well, and my previous cats have always lost a lot of hair in the spring-time. But Mira is an indoor cat, could that might be the reason why she doesn't shed so much?

She is really beautiful, and we have already fallen in love with her

(Sorry for my bad english. It has been long sine I last wrote in english, and I get so insecure and have to use Google translate a lot  )

Your English is very good, trust me! Raiden was an all outdoor cat for the first 6 years of his life. I got him two years ago from a neighbor. Raiden does have outdoor access and we take two walks daily, so I'm guessing that's why he gets a nice winter coat.

I will try to upload a video of Mira doing some tricks.
We have been trying to clicker-train her for about a month now, and she is doing pretty well
