Thank you all. Yes Jo I do plan to start scent swapping soon. The breeder is a 6 hour drive from us so I was thinking about asking her to mail something with his scent on it. I am a little worried she will hate him from the beginning and it will never change. I think I just have the mental picture and memories of what it was like to introduce BB and Jasper. It wasn't a horrible experience but I am hoping it will be easier with BB and Mochi since he is so little.

The first thing you need to do is stop stressing out over this. We'll all think positive about this. All will work out just fine! Any stress you feel, the cats will feel as well. So .... put the positives out there and move forward. BB will love Mochi. Mochi will adore BB, the kids will all get along with Mochi -- it's going to work out for you! It will!!! :biggrin:

You're the best Sherry and you are absolutely right! I know it will all work out and they will be fine together. I am already confident he will be fine with the kids that's the last thing I am worried about. I honestly think he will love BB and she will eventually like/tolerate/love him. It's just the process of getting there I am afraid of. Like you said tho positive thinking is the key and all will be fine.
On a side note the breeder is 20 mi uses from the beach so we are making a weekend vaca out of it. It has been too long since we have been on a beach trip. Hopefully the relaxing and unwinding before picking him up will do us all some good.

Thanks Debbie. I hope to get more pictures soon. Our breeder has been sending videos as its a little easier to capture a fiesty kitten. I will post more as soon as I get them.

A side trip to the beach is exactly what you will need! Rest, relax, think about picking up Mochi and start the bonding and loving process! Sounds super dreamy to me. You still have a while before you can get Mochi. Enjoy the pictures and videos. Soon, you'll have a little terror on your hands. Bengal kittens will wear you down!

Yes they will Sherry. We are prepared though. I just bought two new cat trees off of ebay, 5 da bird refills, and 2 neko flies. I have two igloo litter boxes on the way and I just ordered the food he is on from chewy. I plan to see if BB will transition to his food. She is on Blue Wilderness now and he is on Innova Evo. The breeder said she will do the transition to blue for us at her house. She is a vet tech and has the supplies needed to settle his tummy if problems did occur. I think it will just be easier to start transitioning BB onto Evo as she just picks at her food now. I think she is getting tired of the blue. I have a lot to sort out in the coming weeks. It seems like forever since we have had a kitten.

We only have 2 weeks left of waiting for our little boy! The wait is getting intense but we get video updates very often. He went for his check up yesterday and all is well. He is starting to go into the fuzzies and it's adorable. He is also the biggest of the litter and a wild child :mrgreen:

I think he is going to be a perfect fit for our family!

I will be sure to post tons of pics! I just wish it would hurry up and get here! I'm also looking forward to the beach, we have had snow and ice storms and it's been as low as -15 degrees here. The beach is calling my name :cool:

Sherry if you read this I am sure you feel the same way! This weather has been CRAZY the last week

Nashville weather has been horrible for the past week. My driveway has been a sheet of ice and we cleared off a spot to walk out on the deck yesterday. 3" to 4" of solid ice to work with. A beach vacation sounds just exactly what I need. My last day or work was supposed to be Friday but due to the weather, I'm having to train another 3 days. Not sure where you are bkilgore. The whole winter for most of the US has been the worst in decades.

Only two weeks left??? Aww, that's nothing! The time will fly. Can't wait to hear how the little one fits in.

I am about 1.5 hours south of you Sherry so I know exactly how you feel. We have lived here for 6 years and they have never closed the school due to weather until this last week. It has been a nightmare trying to get any where. We are going to Georgia to pick up Mochi and it's not quite "beach weather" but I will take 6 degrees over 7 degrees any day!
