I haven't got my baby yet just another 8 months away - Considering they aren't born yet -, So I thought I would use all that time to continue researching and asking questions, like how am I going to survive the wait

Hello and welcome to BCF! Congrats on your decision to add a bengal to your home. They are a wonderful breed and I can't see myself ever being without one (or two ) I have to agree the wait is so hard but it will be worth it. We will be adding a new addition to our family in March and that seems sooo far away.

It will get easier once you start receiving pictures of your kitty. Eight months is a long time to wait for a bengal, however. I'm guessing the breeder doesn't have a litter planned for at least 3 more months. Cross the days off the calendar as they happen, continue to research the bengal breed and sleep a lot to make the time go by faster. Congratulations.

UPDATE:

I was contacted by another breeder I had been in contact with and the parents I am waiting on have a litter right now, there's a chance she might not even be bred again for another 12 months or this could be her last litter..so in under 6 weeks we are welcoming a bouncing bundle of fur home!
