This is Taro :biggrin:

We recently got in from a local rescue and think he may be a Bengal. He's a year old according to the rescue. He's very active, extremely friendly to fault, plays fetch. It doesn't really matter to me if he is or isn't. Just thought I'd share. My name is Erin btw and I live in Wisconsin, USA.

He's a beautiful tabby! That's not to say he may not have some bengal in him somewhere, but I don't see a lot of characteristics most bengals have. The bengal breed started with the Asian Leopard Cat and a domestic tabby .... so all bengals have tabby in them, but not all tabbies have bengal in them. Congratulations. You've got a gorgeous kitty.

Thank you, he's really something else. Never had a cat that acted like him. He greats me at the top of the stairs, follows me aroud. It's nice because we just had to put our Siberian Husky down. Taro's a huge cuddle bug when he's not running between my husband and I.

Taro is lovely! There are other breeds of spotted cats, too--like the egyptian mau, which could be part of your cat's bloodline. You never know :) He has those kind of eyes that look loving right off the bat. What a cutie!
