Bella.jpgHello, my name is Gigi and I live in Texas. I am glad to find a forum that is so dedicated to felines, specially the beautiful Bengals. Bella has been home with us for a week. It's gonna be a week tomorrow. She was found and brought to us last Tuesday Nov. 6th. We were to take her to a shelter but we fell in love with her, have an appointment with the vet in two days for shots and regular exams, but we have adopted her as part of our family already. We have an olde cat Camilo and at first Cam was having issues with her but now they get along well. Bella is sort of hyper but I assume she is that way because she is a baby.
To make this story short, a friend of mind told me over the weekend that he thought she was a cross between a Bengal and a snowshoe siamese, I love kitties but I've always had tabbies (long haired or short hair or Moggies as they are known as well.) I think Bella is a tabby as well, but I just want someone to take a look at her and sort of let me know what they think. My friend owns three Siamese cats and he swears she has some Siamese but he thinks she has a tad bit of Bengal too. Could this be possible?
Funny thing is he asked me if I had papers for her or if I knew something about her pedigree but I had to tell him she was found astray, and lost. Her momma was ran over by a car and so were her other three siblings, I was told Bella was the sole survivor of that horrible incident. Bella is very happy, playful and loving. I really love her, never would have worried about her breed, is just that my friend told me to investigate because it would help me in taking care of her properly.
I have attached a few pictures. Bella is the baby, Cami is the orangino, he is quite the character as well and I love him to pieces
I hope to get some input, I really would appreciate it! Thank you in advanced!
