Hi everyone, I am the new slave to 3 Bengals. I have always loved cats and up until July of this year had a black and white moggie called Humphry who sadly passed away in Feb at 19yrs, and a pain in the backside Persian who also passed away in March. I was left with Mancha moo, a female tortoishell who adopted me and who was getting rather fat due to lack of excercise not having her buddies to play with anymore. I had been studying up on the Bengal breed for a year or so and knew there was a breeder in the canary Islands who´s stock includes top USA and British lines, so I went to see her ( just to enquire ) and ended up with 3 !!!!!!. She had a 3month old litter all ready to go and had 2 left, a little brown boy and a first time snow girl. I oomed and aahed and in the end she sold me both for the price of one only because I have a very rural, large, safe garden that is surrounded by banana plantations. Whilst there she asked me if I knew of anyone looking for an older cat as she had 2 Toms and even though she´d had one neautered they were constantly fighting and had no way of seperating them. The kittens settled in fine and I was very glad that I had 2 as boy do they have some energy !!!. Two weeks later the breeder rang me, she was very upset as the 2 males wanted to kill each other, she offered me the neautered male ( 2yrs snow mink, father of the kittens ) for free as long as he had his freedom and food was all she wanted. So Tango moved in !!. On the first day he put his children in their place (Photo2) On the 4th day he was desperate to get outside, he wasn´t marking any terratory so I concluded that the testosterone had all gone. Out he went .... and spent the following week in my garage followed by his two naughty children who just wanted to play with him, and Mancha moo who was most put out about having an alpha male around. Four months later and Tango is now King of the Jungle (photo3), Mancha moo has lost some weight chasing him off, and the two kittens Khan and Raja are still as nuaghty as ever and I adore them all.
