Hi all, we are Andrew and Leanne from Cambridgeshire. We have had our Bengal Mugen a week now. We chose the name mugen as I am a Honda car enthusiast and also it means dreams, fantasy and infinite in Japanese.

He has settled in well even though our 3 legged cat jess is still abit unsure. But since getting him we have already started to give him raw and jess loves it too. Look forward to speaking to some of you and picking your wits for info.

Haha, yes. I knew I wanted to name him something Japanese and spent the whole night bouncing things around. He isn't particularly dignified-looking, so a lot of the more high-sounding names didn't really match him.


Dango, on the other hand, looks very similar to him in terms of color (he is not a Bengal) and it seemed cute enough. It's always funny when strangers ask what his name means though, and I have to respond with "He is a Japanese dumpling." Mugen has a much more dignified meaning!
