Hello all! I'm Nikki and I found this site while looking for information on Bengal cats. I'm a proud owner of a F1 bengal kitten named Marcus. He's coming home in July and I cannot wait until he's in my arms.

He's a silver with the most gorgeous face and spots. I love the highlights around his eyes and his fuzzy white spotted belly.

oh he is beautiful!! you will have to send me a message and tell me where you are getting him from...i live in tampa and am wanting a silver boy to go with my little marble girl..don't know about getting an f1 because she is an f4 but i would be interested in knowing where u got him...he is soooo gorgeous!!!!

Gorgeous silver! Please post further pics to see how his coat develops. How come you're getting a F1? Is it for breeding? Sorry, I don't know much yet about "Fs", I thought only F4 were suitable for having as pets....I live in Miami myself so we're "neighbors". Welcome!

VERY cute - Can you post pics from the breeder of Mum and Dad as well - It would be interesting to see how the colour has been generated, and get an idea of how he might develop further. Good on you! Are you going to be breeding from him later, or just love having him rule your life....?

I would assume you could not breed him. I believe most, if not all, F1 males are sterile.

Welcome, what a beautiful boy

Thank you for the warm welcome. The father is a ALC and the mother a SBT silver.
I bought him from Jill Orman from Legacie Bengals.
I love the look and personality of the Bengal cat. The F 1 looks amazing and when I saw Marcus, he stole my heart.

I did a lot of research and Jill was very helpful with any questions that I had about the F 1.
He will be indoor but I will take him on walks and keep him socialized too. I live on a hirse farm ( we train top level jumpers ) and I'm also a Microbiologist. . My friends want to have a kitten shower when he gets here.

I'll keep posting pictures when he gets here and share how his coat develops.

Aww, I love this little boy! I actually recognized these pics right away, as I've been keeping an eye on this litter since Jill put them up on the site. Loved seeing these more recent pics though. He is absolutely stunning. Please do stick around and keep us posted about this little guy. I find the EG's so be so fascinating, and of course beautiful. Can't wait to see more of him as he grows!

WOW! That is a very special kitty indeed. I love his facial markings. I was about to say that he didn't look like other F1's that I've seen, but he does have that early-gen-bengal-nose-thing going on, so yea, I can see it.
