Hi all,

Thought I would join up as I am interested in getting a Bengal cat and well what better place to do some research then a forum with people who own Bengals.


My family has always had cats and when I moved out of the family home I got myself a rescue cat called Jet






I had Jet for 16 years he was a brilliant cat but sadly died of old age and since there the house has been very empty. So I thought it was time to see about getting another cat or cats.

Anyway I'll probably be spending alot of time reading this forum to get as much info as possible

Awww.... congratultions.

She is beautiful. Sometimes the shy ones are a little more cuddly when going to a new home. You may to 'bring her out of her shell' a little with encouragement but i'm sure she will be fine.

Now you will spend ages looking at cats toys etc.... lol

There are some long haired bengals called 'Cashmere' that are gorgeous.... Linda at Supernova bengals bred a couple last year. They were stunning....

Congrats on your new girl she is simply stunning! I am sure once you get her home and she gets used to you she will be all over you like you beloved Jet BTW he is a beautiful cat as well. Glad you decided to join the bengal family as you will soon see there is nothing like a Bengal they are a one of a kind cat ! Good luck with all of your reasearch and I am sure you will see that most of everyone recommends Da Bird as a good toy Bengals cant resist them! I would however advise going ahead and getting the refills because BB's first Bird lasted about a week while she was getting used to use and the other four we have bought since having her for 2 months has lasted a couple of days!!!

Welcome to the forum, everyone on here is friendly and you get do much information. I got my marbled boy last year and due to pick up a rosetted boy on the 7th July (eeekkk) You will learn so much on here.
P.s your girl is stunning!!! Can't wait to see more pics

Yeah Bengals tend to that they are spoiled before they even know it! I was the same way I had everything from A-Z for her a month before I got her so she was pre spoiled!!!! I give you a tip for cat trees if you get a tall one make sure you get one that can be anchored to the wall of ceiling because I have bought 2 now that were so wobbly BB would knock them over and she is only 4 months old!
