Hello all,

I've been lurking around for a while and want to thank you all for such great information and your friendly tone is appreciated!

Well, after some searching, I placed a deposit on the following two little guys (name to be determined! )

"Male 1"


"Male 2"



I was told that Male 2 was "worth more" but seeing as I'm a COMPLETE newbie to the Bengal world, I don't have any idea why. I'm hoping maybe some of you kind folks would shed some light.

They are 3 to 3 1/2 weeks in these pictures. They're brothers.

While I would LOVE for them to keep their blue eyes, I'm going to guess those will change with time.

They live down south (Southern California) so I will have to wait until late May to go pick them up.

Part of me is still afraid to get excited and my hopes up (although I DID give a deposit). I think I'm just a worrier of a personality... but I'm hopeful.

Anyway, I look forward to learning from all you good folks and hopefully I won't be TOO much of a pest with my questions!

Welcome to the forum! I'm no expert, but maybe boy #2 is 'worth more' because his spots are more two toned and well defined than boy #1... I could be totally wrong though... either way they are both very cute! such sweet faces...

Yes, I thought that too. I also thought maybe there was a slight difference in head shapes?

I've no idea! LOL

Anyway, I'm happy to have found this forum.

I think its a combo of the big two toned spots on male 2, and possible from the looks of it male 1 has some rib bars where I cannot tell but maybe male 2 does not (the stripes up towards the front legs on the chest...essentially where spots connect to make a bar instead of a spot).

Doesn't matter though, they are both cute and good looking kitties!!
