Hello! I'm the happy to a beautiful little girl. She's a 1.5 year-old adopted retired breeder. I've been a cat-mama most of my life (I even had an animal shelter adopted who became the ringleader of a neighborhood skunk posse), but this is my first bengal. She has crazy food allergies (chicken and fish... *cry*), which we've been working with. I'm glad I've found a community board because I'm a perpetual learner who likes to ask questions. Welcome to our great forum and thank you for taking in a retired queen. They need homes and they can make wonderful pets, depending on how she was treated at the breeder's. Many of them let the queens roam the house. Others keep them separated and in smaller areas.

Food allergies are not easy to deal with but at least you know about them and what to avoid. So many food choices out there that have no chicken or fish in them. Reading labels is so important.
